Security & privacy

Statements reviewed 2026-10-06 · security-facts:v1

What WolfStalk does to protect your account and your information, in plain terms. Every statement here describes how the product behaves today.

Your account and your data

  • Application credentials and payment secrets are kept on the server. They are never sent to your browser or included in what the AI receives.
  • Your calls, paper positions and preferences are tied to your account, and access to them is checked on the server. Other users cannot read them, and Ask Wolf only ever sees your own.
  • Access to personalised information and every sensitive action is checked on the server, not in the browser.
  • Protection does not rest on the AI behaving well: several independent layers apply before and after it.

Ask Wolf and your information

  • Ask Wolf does not have direct access to WolfStalk's database or to your account. It cannot look anything up on its own.
  • For each question, WolfStalk prepares a limited set of facts about what you are looking at - market figures, the answers you gave when you set up your Wolf, and, only with your consent, the calls you made. That set is all the AI receives.
  • Your name, email address and payment details are not sent to the AI.
  • Your Ask Wolf questions and the answers are not saved. Only usage records without their content are kept - for example how long an answer took. Closing the panel discards the conversation.
  • Ask Wolf includes your past calls only after you allow it, and you can withdraw that at any time in Settings → Privacy & data. It takes effect immediately.
  • Every Ask Wolf answer is checked before you see it, and anything that fails the check is held back.

Billing

  • Card details are entered with the payment provider, not with WolfStalk, and your plan is decided on the server - never by your browser.

Your decisions

  • WolfStalk never places orders and does not give investment advice; every decision stays yours.

Reporting a security issue
